The Owner of Jaam e Jam, Mr Jeyranpour prides himself on only using and sourcing the freshest and best produce available to ensure that his diners experience the best of the rich history of Persian cuisine.

Persian’s have looked at food at three different ways for many centuries; medicinal, philosophical and cultural. From cultural aspect, food was considered to be an art providing enjoyment to both body and mind. Persians refined the taste and flavour of food and how it is presented although it still retains roots in its ancient sources.
